America’s Boating Channel™ newest video series, “Knots-to-Know,” teaches boaters essential knots.

The first video in the series teaches the bowline, an essential and versatile knot. The bowline is useful for creating a fixed size loop to go around a piling and will not slip or bind under load. The bowline can also be used in sailing, such as to fasten a halyard to the head of a sail.

On the 15^th of every month through March 2021 new videos will debut on America’s Boating Channel’s website homepage and YouTube channel. Watch boating safety videos at https://www.youtube.com/c/AmericasBoatingChannel.
