A Letter from West Marine’s CEO, Ken Seipel

The arrival of summer is extremely welcome, and we are all looking forward to spending more time outside and on the water. West Marine is in the final stages of reopening all our retail stores, distribution centers and corporate headquarters. As we work to get fully back up-to-speed, I want to acknowledge we are experiencing delays to quickly deliver orders placed via our website and keeping core items in stock in the retail stores. These issues are largely the result of limited staffing in our distribution centers, supply chain disruptions and delivery delays with our Fed Ex and UPS partners. I apologize for any inconvenience or problems these delays may cause.
